Made properly, with love, over 36 hours & topped with a large mature Cheddar crouton

What the Italians call crostini. And the Welsh call rarebit. We’re Mancunians & this is goat’s cheese on crunchy baked Maldon sea-salt bread served with a sweet beetroot salad

The Chop House Corned Beef Hash Salad
Tom’s famous homemade corned beef - 10 days in the making to our own secret recipe - served shredded through a crunchy baby leaf & finely sliced red onion salad, with the addition of diced new potatoes & a light mustard dressing –piccalilli & soft boiled egg
Chicken Caesar Salad
Caesar Cardini’s classic updated: in chef Dave’s version with cos lettuce mixed with strips of tender chicken breast, dry-cured smoked streaky bacon, Caesar dressing, croutons & parmesan cheese
(Vegetarian option available without chicken. Please note this includes anchovies in the dressing)
The Burger
Home-made with cheese, mayo, tomato, & red onion relish. Served with chips & salad
